Pleasant and environmentally friendly catering

The Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) has published a leaflet on sustainable catering at events. The right choice of food and drink makes a big difference and is easy to implement.


This year's Swiss Public Health Conference has set itself the goal of making the event as environmentally friendly as possible and adhering to the recommendation of the Swiss Confederation: We have increasingly opted for vegetarian food when choosing our meals. In addition, for the first time we will offer performance water in CO²-neutral drinking bottles (BPA-free) made of a bio-based plastic based on sugar cane.

We are pleased about all participants and participants, who take part actively in the conversion and bring along their own drinking bottles.
