We make every effort to provide barrier-free access (where available).

Simultaneous Interpretation
The keynote sessions will be simultaneously translated into English (from German, French, and Italian). Please bring your own headphones to follow the translation during the conference.
Upon registration, you will receive a QR code providing access to the Zoom platform, where the translation will be streamed. Please ensure that Zoom is installed on your device in advance.
Simultaneous translations will not be provided during the parallel sessions.
The participation fee includes:
- Participation and conference documents for the respective conference day

How does the registration work?
- User registration (To register for the conference, you must create an account once) If you have already created an account, you can log in with the user data from the last event.
- Confirmation of registration (by e-mail and visible on the account)
- Registration for the conference (as soon as you have registered, you can register for the conference)
- Select payment method and pay invoice (you will receive a confirmation email with the link to download the invoice) Group invoices for 5 or more people are possible. Please send inquiries by e-mail to [email protected]
- Confirmation of payment (by e-mail and visible on the account)
- Registration for participation is binding.
- In case of cancellation of the registration (until July 30, 2025), 50% of the conference fee will be refunded. After this date or in case of non-appearance, the invoice is due and no refund will be possible.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by email ([email protected]).
- Adjustments and address changes can be made independently in the user account as long as the invoice has not been paid. Already paid invoices will be charged with an administration fee of an additional CHF 50.- per order.
- Memberships will be verified. If you do not have a valid membership, we will charge your invoice with the difference amount.
- Collective members benefit from 3 entries at the member rate, benefactor members from 6 entries at the member rate. Registrations will be considered according to their receipt.

The quotas for the conference hotels have been filled. Rooms may still be available at the standard rate.
