It is desirable to be present on both days, but it is not obligatory. If you cannot be present as a poster presenter on both days, please contact [email protected].
This year we will have interactive poster flash sessions (approx. 2 minutes pitch presentation, 2 minutes discussion per poster). Detailed instructions will be shared later.
There will be an award for the best poster to
the value of 500 Swiss francs. This
award will be announced during the “final remarks” on Wednesday, September 4.
To be eligible for the
award, you must present the poster.
Guidlines
The guidelines for the design of the posters: A0 (84,1 × 118,9 cm)
You are responsible for printing and transportation to the conference.
