The participation fee includes:
- Participation and conference documents for the respective conference day

Registration (Registration deadline: August 28, 2024)

- Registration for participation is binding.
- In case of cancellation of the registration (until July 23, 2024), 50% of the conference fee will be refunded. After this date or in case of non-appearance, the invoice is due and no refund will be possible.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by email ([email protected]).
- Adjustments and address changes can be made independently in the user account as long as the invoice has not been paid. Already paid invoices will be charged with an administration fee of an additional CHF 50.- per order.
- Memberships will be verified. If you do not have a valid membership, we will charge your invoice with the difference amount.
- Collective members benefit from 3 entries at the member rate, Benefactor members from 6 entries at the member rate. Registrations will be considered according to their receipt.

Credits
The Swiss Public Health Conference is acquired by Swiss Public Health Doctors (SPHD) for 7 credits on 03.09.2024 and 6 credits on 04.09.2024.
Accommodation in Fribourg (Booking deadline August 5, 2024)
A limited number of rooms at a reduced rate are available at the Hôtel de la Rose:
- 5 single rooms at CHF 130,
- 22 double rooms for single use at CHF 150

Total cancellations made 28 days before the event are free of charge.
The following conditions will apply:
- 27 to 15 days before the event, 50% of the services booked will be billed.
- 14 to 3 days before the event, 75% of reserved services will be billed
- 2 days or less before the event, 100% of services booked will be billed
