Information
Registration & Planning
- Please register for the conference day(s) on which you will participate.
- Conference participation is subject to a fee for all poster presenters.
- The final allocation for the Poster Sessions will be made by SSPH+ by 15.07.2026 in the Conference Agenda
- The planning is based on your submitted information but cannot be guaranteed.
- By 31.07.2026, it will be checked who has not yet registered.
- Without registration, the contribution will be removed from the program.
Poster Format & Submission
- A pre-formatted PowerPoint template with the correct poster dimensions is available for creating your poster – this template must be used for your poster submission. The structure suggested in the template is optional; feel free to adapt it to your needs and preferences.
- Please pay particular attention to the required landscape orientation (16:9) and the recommended image resolution in the template, to ensure your poster is displayed optimally.
- The poster ID must be clearly visible on the poster.
- File format: .pptx.
- Only digital posters will be accepted – please do not bring printed posters.
- The PDF version of the posters will be made available to all conference participants digitally via ConfTool.
Profile Sheets
- In addition to the poster, a profile sheet must be submitted; it will be printed in A4 format during the conference and displayed in the foyer as a teaser.
- The profile sheet serves as an indication of the posters in the Poster Sessions and provides a link to the digital poster on ConfTool.
- Please use the prepared template for the profile sheet and complete your information.
Upload & File Naming
- Posters and profile sheets must be uploaded via ConfTool no later than 17.08.2026.
- File name: ID_Last name, example: 102_Smith.pptx
Poster Presentation
- The poster presentations will take place in the lecture halls.
- Posters will be projected onto the screen.
- Short presentation: max. 2 minutes.
- Discussion: subsequently 1 minute.
- Recommendation: give the presentation in the language of the submitted abstract.
- Posters and profile sheets are generally prepared in English.
SSPH+ Best Poster Award
- Two Poster Awards will be given: one for Day 1 and one for Day 2.
- Best Poster Award: the two winning posters will each receive CHF 500 in prize money; winners will also receive a certificate confirming the award, which you may, for example, include in your CV.
- Eligibility: automatically applies to all poster presenters on their respective day. To be eligible, the poster must be presented during the session.
- The winners will be announced at the end of the second conference day. Attendance on both days is desirable but not mandatory.

- Note: The field “Submission Type / Conference Track” cannot currently be adjusted – please ignore it (if “Poster” is not displayed).
