Dear poster presenters, we are pleased to receive your poster submission. Below you will find a short briefing on the procedure:


  1. Registration & planning
  • Please register for the conference day(s) on which you will participate.
  • The final allocation for the Poster Sessions will be made by SSPH+ by 15.07.2026 in the Conference Agenda
  • The planning is based on your information but cannot be guaranteed.
  • By xxx, it will be checked who has not yet registered:
  • Without registration, the contribution will be removed from the program.

  1. Poster format & submission
  • A prepared PowerPoint template with the correct poster sizes is available for creating the poster – this template must be used for submission.
  • Please pay particular attention to the specified landscape format (16:9) and the recommended image resolution in the template to ensure your poster is displayed optimally.
  • The poster ID must be clearly visible on the poster.
  • File format: .pptx.
  • Only digital posters will be accepted – please do not bring printed posters.
  • The pdf version of the posters will be made available digitally to all conference participants via Conftool.

  1. Profile Sheets
  • In addition to the poster, a profile sheet must be submitted; it will be printed in A4 format during the conference and displayed in the foyer as a teaser.
  • The profile sheet serves as an indication of the posters in the Poster Sessions and provides a link to the digital poster on ConfTool.
  • Please use the prepared template for the profile sheet and complete your information.

  1. Upload & File Naming
  • Posters and profile sheets must be uploaded via ConfTool no later than XXX.
  • File name: ID_Last name, example: 102_Smith.pptx

  1. Poster-Präsentation
  • The poster presentations will take place in the lecture halls.
  • Posters will be projected onto the screen.
  • Short presentation: max. 2 minutes.
  • Discussion: subsequently 1 minute.
  • Recommendation: give the presentation in the language of the submitted abstract.
  • Presentations and profile sheets are generally prepared in English.

  1. SSPH+ Best Poster Award
  • Two Poster Awards will be granted: one award for day 1 and one for day 2.
  • Best Poster Award: the two best posters will be awarded prize money of CHF 500; additionally, the winners will receive a certificate of the Poster Award, which they can, for example, include in their CV.
  • Participation: automatic for all poster presenters of the respective day.

  • Please follow the instructions in ConfTool:

  • Note: The field “Submission Type / Conference Track” cannot currently be adjusted – please ignore it (if “Poster” is not displayed).
